About
Trustway was founded after the kind of long night that changes a person.
Our founder, Adaeze, spent fourteen years as a registered nurse in Minnesota's long-term care system. She cared deeply for her residents. She found the system itself harder to love: the rushed mornings, the constant turnover, and the way genuine attention had quietly become a luxury.
In 2018, she opened a home in Blaine and built it into the kind of place she had always wished she could send her own mother. Small by design. Calm by intention. Staffed by people who stay long enough to know your name, your routines, and exactly how you take your tea.
Today, Trustway Care serves families across the Twin Cities metro and greater Minnesota. Our scale, on purpose, remains modest. We will never grow beyond the point where every caregiver can sit down for a meal with every resident.
